I am not sure what is going on right now, but I do know that yesterday a memo went out to all people likely to be photographed in the world. It read, and I quote, "Please note, you MUST wear white, or face the consequences. Wear it or else. PS: You may also wear off white." It was written in letters cut out from magazines and newspapers. And the consequences were worse than death - they meant that you wouldn't be photographed. And so almost everyone yesterday wore white. Or a slight variation of it. And only the very brave bucked that trend. Of course we have very little photographic evidence of these courageous folk.
This was at the London premier of the movie, What to Expect When You Are Expecting. It stars Cameron Diaz - dressed in a cute strapless Stella McCartney jumpsuit (with a very bag leg fit. It's just hemming guys. Why?) And there is a cameo in it from that popstrell Cheryl Cole. She is wearing a magnificent Victoria Beckham dress that I may actually shed a tear about, it is so cool. And they were both in white and so were safe. Good.
