About a month ago I blogged about some fun things to do with crocodile clamps on a fashion shoot. One of the photographers that we use, Andrew Brauteseth (@guy_with_camera) bought the crocodile clamps and has yet to find a use for them, so when we have finished shooting, we all try and come up with an idea. It stimulated creativity and makes us laugh it out at the end of a stressful day.
We did it again yesterday. Except that this time I insisted that the whole team had to find a fashion use for the clips. They all did a fantastic job. With the exception of Andrew himself of course.
Sylvie (hair & make-up) fashioned hers into a neckpiece/tie. Luisa (fashion assistant) styled it up in a hair clip. Cath (freelance stylist) stacked them into a bangle look. Matthew (fashion intern) banged out an alternative pocket square. And I pinned mine on as a corsage.
And Andrew, you ask? Well his was a beard. Yes. A beard. Not very fashion forward. Better luck next time buddy. Who had the winning fashion use of a crocodile clip? Vote in the comments and I will find a great goody bag prize for the best reason.
