Well doesn't she look shimmery! Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, once again dazzled in a sleek, modern floor sweeper of a gown for a charity event. And once again it was designed by Jenny Packham. Attending the National Memorial Arboretum Appeal with her husband, Prince William, at St James' Palace, Kate looked beautiful and elegant as she teamed her flowing sliver of silver with matching platform sandals and a red poppy in celebration of Armitice Day, today.
Look at that earring too. I like that she is sticking to her own style for her evening gowns. They are all nipped in at the waist, have a flow quality to them, and celebrate her height and slim figure. Of course we would all rather the girl ate a cupcake or two, but she really does know how to do her own brand of elegant and that must be applauded. She also knows how to support British designers, with Jenny Packham gaining traction with the young Hollywood set on the back of her first Princess outing. Nicely played, lady.
