This event was such an amazing exploration of the many sides of women, all exquisitely styled by Mari Groenewald, with such attention to detail. I was in awe of all the imagination and preparation that went into it.
For me, the underlit ball gowns in the tree, the twins in the papered room and the vampires playing chess were wonderful visual treats. But the drunk party girl with the elaborately laid table was the star. She made me laugh out loud and I wanted to have been at her party.
Dan Pinch and his "cast of thousands" from Atmosphere was responsible for the ideas and my lovely old friend Craig Leo was the theatrical producer of the spectacle.
