Dazzling. This fine gentleman is a vision in green tartan and I actually stalked him to request this photograph. There are so few chaps in Cape Town that would, or could, dress this majestically. A little eccentric, a whole lot of stylish and charming to boot. A rewarding encounter in a busy day.
